Our most popular asset, which is now more flexible in both design and foot print than ever before. We can fit into sites more than 0.3 acres and will consider vacant sites and even existing building conversion.

SMALL BOX

Our smallest footprint yet, the Smallbox asset offers the best of both worlds, fitting into 1,000 sqft with a unique design while still offering customers a great experience. We look for units in high pedestrian area with a strong transient population.

RESTAURANT

Where Drive Thrus may not be accommodate, our Restaurants or Drive To asset allows plenty of seating for customers close to retail offerings. We are flexible in terms of existing layouts and utilising additional floorspace such as first floor, mezzanine or basement accommodation.

TRAVEL HUBS

In grab and go locations, our travel hub asset is the perfect addition to the tenant mix. We look at all opportunities from airport terminals and roadside service stations through to shopping centres.
